Notice of SEPA Determination

The City of Rock Island has issued a Determination of Non-Significance (environmental) regarding the City's Draft 2026 Comprehensive Plan, issued under WAC 197-11-340(2) on October 12, 2026. A copy of all related documentation is available at City Hall. The City will not act on this decision until the 14-day comment period ends at 5:00PM on October 26, 2026.
