REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The City of Rock Island is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering consulting firms licensed in the State of Washington to provide engineering and consulting services for general engineering and technical services.

RFQ documents and submittal requirements are available at https://www.rockislandwa.gov or by contacting the City Clerk/Treasurer at 509.884.1261 or at info@rockislandwa.gov

Submittals must be received by Monday, September 21, 2026 at 6:00pm.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive informalities in the procurement process.
